All Hair Extensions Are FINAL SALE, Exchange Or Credit Only Valid Within 30 Days Of Receiving The Products.

Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. You can also purchase a color ring or a sample of the color.

Absolutely No Exchanges Of Used Hair Are Possible. The Color Swatches Are FINAL SALE And Not Eligible For An Exchange.

If there is a problem, we will try to solve the issue in accordance with the Terms and Conditions; However, absolutely no exchanges are possible after 30 days of purchase.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are NO REFUNDS or chargebacks allowed. You may email us laura@amazingbeautyhair.com  for further information.

  • Hair extensions and package must brand new, in the original packaging, and has never been applied, colored, or worn, and seal has not been broken.
  • For exchanges, new hair cannot be sent out until the original hair is received and verified it is eligible for an exchange.
  • Please send email to laura@amazingbeautyhair.com  to begin a return process.You will need to use USPS to return the hair.

What Is The Return Period?
We will provide a refund on unused hair extensions within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Please use USPS to return the hair. Please write the name and address CLEARLY. If the package was lost because of the wrong spelling, we will not responsible for this. 

Can I Return Hair Extensions Without Contacting You?
You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed. Contact us at Laura@amazingbeautyhair.com.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

How Do I Exchange an Item? 
You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, Customers can initiate an exchange via email, please send email to Laura@amazingbeautyhair.com.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My New order?
Simply initiate your exchange and ship your items back to us. Once we recieve your items back we will ship your new AmazingBeautyHair items!

Do I Have to Pay for The Shipping of My Exchange?
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as AmazingBeauty Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns. 
We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened AmazingBeauty Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within 30 days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

CANCEL ORDER

Can I Cancel My Order?
You have changed your mind? No problem.
We do our best to ship hair extensions immediately. Therefore, You have the right to cancel your order with AmazingBeauty Hair before it has been dispatched and qualify for a full refund. We are happy to oblige - please simply contact us at Laura@amazingbeautyhair.com to request a cancellation of your order before dispatch.

How Long Can I Get My Refund After Canceled Order? 
A full refund will be issued to your original payment account within 2-4 business days.
