All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. Sometimes the mail courier can get delayed by a few hours so plan your hair appointments in advance. We do not control shipping. We process and ship the orders daily. Although it is rare, orders can be lost or delayed due to weather and other uncontrollable forces by the mail courier. We cannot be responsible for these delays.
